Our main export grades are 6005, 6005A, 6060, 6061, 6063, 6082, 6A02 and so on. We produce materials according to ASTM, JIS, DIN EN, GB/T standards. We can manufacture the largest product sizes. Width*height max 230mm*230mm length 6300mm (T4).

Common Problem
Question 1: Can I provide samples for testing?
Answer: Of course you can. For standard profiles, we would like to provide samples, but usually 10cm long samples. For customized profiles, we will provide samples after molding is completed (usually 15 days). If you specify a length for your config file, please let us know at the start.
Question 2: Can I add my logo on my profile or package?
A: Yes, both OEM and ODM are available for us. But you should send us a trademark release letter.
Question 3: What should I do if I cannot reach the MOQ?
A: Best price based on large quantities. For standard profiles usually produced, we usually require a MOQ of 300kg, if the MOQ is lower than 300kg, you have to pay the production fee. As for customized profiles, our required MOQ is 500kg. Besides, for non-routine production of standard profiles, we will also ask you for a minimum order quantity of 500kg.
Question 4: Do you have a profile checker?
Answer: Yes. 100% self-inspection before leaving the factory.
Question 5: Can we mix 20ft container?
A: Yes, as long as it meets our MOQ.
Question 6: Can I go to your factory before placing an order?
A: Yes, welcome to visit our factory anytime. Our factory is close to Shanghai Pudong Airport and Hongqiao Airport. We can pick you up at the airport. A hotel reservation service is also available.
