Its products, such as pressurizer safety valves and steam generators, which enjoy high reputation in the industry, are not only applicable to different standards, including RCC-M, NP068-05, ASME, IEEE, etc., but also customized according to customer needs. So far, SEBIM's products have been widely used in 160 nuclear power plants in Canada, Belgium, France, Russia, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, South Africa, India, South Korea and other countries, and have accumulated a lot of experience in the field of nuclear power.

In addition, SEBIM has always been proud of its unique dual-body combination pilot design safety valve, officially known as the series pressurizer pilot safety relief valve: that is, there are two safety valves on one valve body, the first valve is used for pressure relief, and the second valve is specially used to prevent the first one from failure that cannot be closed. The double guarantee has doubled the reliability of the safety valve, It ensures the safe and stable operation of nuclear power units.
This special design was born after the Three Mile Island accident in the United States in 1980. Before that, the spring type single safety valve was used in French nuclear power plants, but after the Three Mile Island incident, France required that the safety valve design of all nuclear power plants should be redundant, so SEBIM cooperated with EDF to develop the series safety valve. SEBIM has plans to set up factories in China. On the one hand, China's nuclear power localization ratio is relatively high, and on the other hand, we have found relatively good raw material suppliers in China, so the company is considering localization. The person said that as for which products to choose, it also depends on product characteristics. You know, our output is very small. There are only three pressurizers for a unit, but the technical requirements are very high. Each product should be set according to the actual requirements of the customer. That is, we have no inventory, no standard products, only basic models. We will conduct technical negotiation and investigation first, then give a plan, then discuss with the customer, and finally customize the safety valve.
In addition to products, SEBIM also provides technical services and training, such as on-site services for installation, commissioning, annual shutdown and maintenance, as well as maintenance for extended service life of nuclear power plants, and training for valve design and calculation. It also has a maintenance group of 35 people in France, responsible for on-site service of 58 nuclear power plants in France.
Some major components will be replaced during the ten-year overhaul of the nuclear power plant, and we will also recommend the owner to replace or repair according to the specific situation to ensure the sealing of the product. However, in fact, so many nuclear power units in France have been overhauled many times, and the safety valve has not been replaced. Because the design of the valve is 40-60 years of service life. Therefore, after-sales service is increasingly important to us. In recent years, on-site maintenance and regular maintenance , parts retail and so on account for an increasing proportion in our business.
